The Company Arise Ship Management LLP. to the extent possible in dealing with the seafarers, ensures that it does their Mediclaim, Accidental Insurance and Term Insurance, before deputing them on board ships. Besides P&I from the Owner. Company is there. This is to safe guard their interest at my company level.
