The Company Arise Ship Management LLP. is managed by two partners, Mr. Ravikant Sandilya and Mrs. Vandana Saitwadekar. As such all aspects of the Company are look by Mr. Ravikant Sandilya himself.
An Arts graduate from Magadh University, Bodhgaya, Bihar, India in the year 1997 with Geography as the major subject is a man with good sense of humor. After graduating from Bodhgaya in 1997 he came to Mumbai to earn his livelihood and his fate brought him to this industry through one of his close friend. He joined London Shipping Agency of Sharjah - UAE as Office Administrator in June, 1999 and worked for two years till June, 2001.
After leaving London Shipping Agency he pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from Mumbai University till July, 2002. In November, 2002 he floated his own proprietary concern Adriatic Ocean Shipping for consultancy services in shipping industry. Now that Arise Ship Management LLP. is our own registered company (LLP) with a RPSL number, most activities are done under the roof of this LLP / Company, unlike earlier through other companies. Mr. Ravikant Sandilya till date in his career, has gained ample experience, by handling works in various fields, which is an asset with him.
Mr. Ravikant Sandilya is now the man looking after overall administration of the Company right from surfing right people, crew manning, dealing with associates, personnel’s, selection of seafarers for the right job requirement, their follow ups, their interviews, their medical, their documentation, their selection, their training, their insurance, execution of contracts, their departures, their sign-in and their sign-off and their reporting to Government authorities, all this with the help of his office staff. Ravikant is also very good in communication and understanding people. He is well known for his determination to any given assignment. He is the man behind proper documentation, accounts, records, proper book keeping (registers), timely follow ups with Government and Semi Government departments.
She is an Arts Graduate from Vinayaka Mission University – Salem. She is a women with ample experience in the field of office administration and finance. With her wide experience the company has achieved remarkable growth. She is responsible for leading and managing an effective and responsible financial planning for the Company.
